I have just ordered, now what happens?
All orders are usually fulfilled within five working days, this time may vary slightly during busy periods. Once your order has been prepared and packaged we pass on your parcel to ‘An Post’. As soon as your order has been fulfilled we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
We have found An Post standard posting service to be overall very reliable and you can expect your order to be delivered by them within 5 working days from the shipping date (for addresses within the Republic of Ireland).
Can I track my order after shipping?
Framed prints and large orders are sent using An Post tracked shipping. We will share a tracking number with you once it is shipped.
For other items we have no way of tracking your order once it has been handed over to ‘An Post’. We have found An Post standard posting service to be overall very reliable and you can expect your order to be delivered by them within 5 working days from the shipping date (for addresses within the Republic of Ireland).
Please bear in mind that from time to time An Post come under unusual stress. During these times delivery can take a while longer.
Can I commission a print?
Commissions cost upwards of €75 depending on the amount of detail involved in the design. To get a quote email firstname.lastname@example.org outlining details of the print that you would like to commission and what date you need it ready - if you can include images/screenshots it would be even better!
We will then come back to you with a final price for your commissioned print. Once we agree on a price we will send you a payment link for a 50% deposit.
When we have your design ready we will send you a screenshot of your print via email. At this point you will have the opportunity to make adjustments to your final design. Once you approve the final design we will send the artwork to our printers in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin, who will print and fulfil your order.
I haven’t received a confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email address that you provide at the checkout. Please ensure that the email address entered is correct without any spelling errors otherwise you will not receive an email.
Please also check your Spam and Promotions folder in your email. Sometimes order confirmations will automatically go here instead of your primary inbox.
If you have done all of the above and you still have not received an email confirmation after placing your order please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we will confirm whether or not your order has gone through.
I haven’t received a shipping notification email?
Shipping notification emails are automatically sent to the email address you provide at the checkout. Please ensure that the email address entered is correct without any spelling errors, otherwise, you will not receive an email confirmation. Orders can take up to three working days to fulfill - we are made up of a very small team so please be patient with us!
Please also check your Spam and Promotions folder in your email. Sometimes shipping notifications will automatically go here instead of your primary inbox.
If it has been more than three working days and you still have not received a shipping notification email please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update you on your order.
I have entered the wrong address at the checkout, now what?
The address on your parcel is printed out directly as you have input it at the checkout. Please ensure that you provide as much information as possible when entering the address, including an Eircode where possible.
If you realise you have entered the incorrect address at the checkout please contact us IMMEDIATELY at email@example.com we will try our best to change the address before the order is fulfilled. However if you realise that the address is incorrect after it has been shipped there is nothing we can do. You will have to place another order with the correct address. Please make sure to double check the address details before checking out.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. All orders are sent using ‘An Post’. For orders outside of the Republic of Ireland there is a shipping fee - this will be displayed at the checkout. Shipping times may vary outside of Ireland. If it is taking an exceptionally long for your international order to arrive please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to help you.
How is my order packaged?
As we want to be as environmentally friendly as possible here at Prints of Ireland we are trying our best to use as little packaging as possible.
A3 prints are sent in a cardboard tube - this will not fit through the postbox so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will have to collect the package from your local post depot.
A4 prints are sent in a cardboard backed envelope inside a compostable sleeve. This ensures that your print arrives in pristine condition in the most eco friendly way possible.
Cards are sent in a paper envelope with a paper sleeve - we are really proud that our cards are delivered 100% plastic free!
Can I buy your products wholesale?
